The recommended daily 1200-calorie diet allows for a (200) calorie breakfast, (400) calorie lunch & dinner and two (100) calorie snacks throughout the day. Enjoy (3) balanced meals each day consisting mostly of protein and vegetables, while limiting fruit serving sizes and excluding the starch category for the best results.
Directions: Adults place 10 drops under tongue 3 times per day. Leave under the tongue for 15 seconds, and then swallow. Do not eat or drink 15 minutes before or after taking the drops.
